Ukraine: Imports of electric motors for July 2024

According to data from the State Statistics Service of
Ukraine
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of electric motors (HS Code: 8501) in July 2024 amounted to 2.0 mln pcs.
The import dropped by 190.3 thsd pcs (-8.7%) compared to the previous month.
Compared to July 2023, the import of electric motors year-on-year increased by 1.3 mln pcs (3.0 times).
The import grew by 639.5 thsd pcs (+47.3%) compared to the same month two years ago (July 2022).
YTD, the import of electric motors amounted to 11.5 mln pcs, which is 6.6 mln pcs (2.4 times) more compared to the same period last year.
