According to data from the State Statistics Service of
Ukraine
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in May 2024, the import of telephones (HS Code: 8517) totaled 220.6 thsd pcs.
The import decreased by 111.3 thsd pcs (-33.5%) compared to the previous month.
Compared to May 2023, the import of telephones year-on-year decreased by 75.5 thsd pcs (-25.5%).
The import dropped by 63.5 thsd pcs (-22.3%) compared to the same month two years ago (May 2022).
Year-to-date, the import of telephones reached 1.6 mln pcs, down by 23.5 thsd pcs (-1.4%) compared to last year.
