In comparison to April 2023, the import of cigarettes showed a year-on-year decrease of 16.0 M pcs (-4.3%).

Relative to the same month two years ago (April 2022), the import declined by 127.0 M pcs (-26.4%).

Year-to-date, the import of cigarettes totaled 1.8 B pcs, up by 473.6 M pcs (+36.2%) compared to the previous year.
