According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of Kazakhstan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of unmanufactured tobacco (HS Code: 2401) in October 2025 reached 1.1 thsd metric tons.

The import decreased by 405.6 metric tons (-26.3%) compared to the previous month.

In comparison to October 2024, the import of unmanufactured tobacco showed a year-on-year decrease of 68.5 metric tons (-5.7%).

The import grew by 378.3 metric tons (+50.1%) compared to the same month two years ago (October 2023).

The YTD import of unmanufactured tobacco reached 14.3 thsd metric tons, increasing by 4.1 thsd metric tons (+41.1%) compared to last year.
