, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of cigars and cigarettes (HS Code: 2402) in January 2024 amounted to 435.3 mln pcs.
The import dropped by 5.5 mln pcs (-1.2%) compared to the previous month.
The import of cigars and cigarettes year-on-year, compared to January 2023, grew by 308.9 mln pcs (3.4 times).
Relative to the same month two years ago (January 2022), the import rose by 356.6 mln pcs (5.5 times).
