Kazakhstan: Imports of cigars and cigarettes for November 2024

According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of Kazakhstan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in November 2024, the import of cigars and cigarettes (HS Code: 2402) totaled 461.3 mln pcs.

The import grew by 20.6 mln pcs (+4.7%) compared to the previous month.

Year-on-year, the import of cigars and cigarettes declined by 260.2 mln pcs (-36.1%) compared to November 2023.

Compared to the same month two years ago (November 2022), the import decreased by 55.1 mln pcs (-10.7%).

Year-to-date, the import of cigars and cigarettes reached 4.9 B pcs, down by 12.7 B pcs (3.6 times) compared to last year.
