Kazakhstan: Imports of cigars and cigarettes for December 2025

According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of Kazakhstan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in December 2025, the import of cigars and cigarettes (HS Code: 2402) totaled 404.3 mln pcs.

Compared to the previous month, the import increased by 87.2 mln pcs (+27.5%).

In comparison to December 2024, the import of cigars and cigarettes showed a year-on-year increase of 44.6 mln pcs (+12.4%).

In comparison to the same month two years ago (December 2023), the import showed a decrease of 36.5 mln pcs (-8.3%).

YTD, the import of cigars and cigarettes totaled 3.7 bln pcs, which is 1.5 bln pcs (-29.4%) less than last year's figure.
