Kazakhstan: Imports of cigars and cigarettes for July 2025

According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of Kazakhstan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of cigars and cigarettes (HS Code: 2402) in July 2025 reached 243.9 mln pcs.

The import grew by 32.6 mln pcs (+15.4%) compared to the previous month.

Year-on-year, the import of cigars and cigarettes dropped by 329.9 mln pcs (2.4 times) compared to July 2024.

Compared to the same month two years ago (July 2023), the import decreased by 358.1 mln pcs (2.5 times).

The import of cigars and cigarettes YTD amounted to 3.6 bln pcs, exceeding last year's value by 629.9 mln pcs (+21.4%).
