Kazakhstan: Imports of cigars and cigarettes for February 2025

According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of Kazakhstan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in February 2025, the import of cigars and cigarettes (HS Code: 2402) totaled 373.7 mln pcs.

The import grew by 11.8 mln pcs (+3.3%) compared to the previous month.

In comparison to February 2024, the import of cigars and cigarettes showed a year-on-year increase of 57.0 mln pcs (+18.0%).

Two years ago, in the same month (February 2023), the import increased by 104.4 mln pcs (+38.7%).

YTD, the import of cigars and cigarettes totaled 735.6 mln pcs, which is 16.4 mln pcs (-2.2%) less than last year's figure.
