Kazakhstan: Imports of electrical machinery for June 2024

According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of Kazakhstan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in June 2024, the import of electrical machinery (HS Code: 8543) totaled 291.7 thsd pcs.

Compared to the previous month, the import grew by 83.9 thsd pcs (+40.4%).

In comparison to June 2023, the import of electrical machinery showed a year-on-year increase of 178.5 thsd pcs (2.6 times).

Two years ago, in the same month (June 2022), the import increased by 6.2 thsd pcs (+2.2%).

The YTD import of electrical machinery reached 2.7 mln pcs, increasing by 2.2 mln pcs (5.2 times) compared to last year.
