Ukraine: Exports of cigars and cigarettes for May 2025

According to data from the State Statistics Service of Ukraine , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the export of cigars and cigarettes (HS Code: 2402) in May 2025 amounted to 453.6 mln pcs.

The export dropped by 107.7 mln pcs (-19.2%) compared to the previous month.

In comparison to May 2024, the export of cigars and cigarettes showed a year-on-year decrease of 45.3 mln pcs (-9.1%).

In comparison to the same month two years ago (May 2023), the export increased by 75.8 mln pcs (+20.1%).

The YTD export of cigars and cigarettes reached 2.6 B pcs, increasing by 365.8 mln pcs (+16.7%) compared to last year.
