According to data from the State Statistics Service of
Ukraine
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of corn (HS Code: 1005) in November 2024 reached 465.9 metric tons.
The import grew by 60.1 metric tons (+14.8%) compared to the previous month.
In comparison to November 2023, the import of corn showed a year-on-year decrease of 96.8 metric tons (-17.2%).
Relative to the same month two years ago (November 2022), the import declined by 1.3 thsd metric tons (3.8 times).
The import of corn YTD amounted to 8.0 thsd metric tons, falling by 6.7 thsd metric tons (-45.6%) compared to the previous year.
