, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of palm oil (HS Code: 1511) in July 2024 reached 10.0 thsd metric tons.
The import grew by 4.0 thsd metric tons (+65.1%) compared to the previous month.
Compared to July 2023, the import of palm oil year-on-year decreased by 1.1 thsd metric tons (-9.9%).
In comparison to the same month two years ago (July 2022), the import increased by 5.1 thsd metric tons (2.0 times).
YTD, the import of palm oil amounted to 59.7 thsd metric tons, which is 11.6 thsd metric tons (+24.0%) more compared to the same period last year.
