Ukraine: Imports of cigars and cigarettes for October 2024

According to data from the State Statistics Service of Ukraine , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, in October 2024, the import of cigars and cigarettes (HS Code: 2402) totaled 331.9 mln pcs.

The import dropped by 288.0 mln pcs (-46.5%) compared to the previous month.

The import of cigars and cigarettes year-on-year, compared to October 2023, grew by 2.6 mln pcs (+0.8%).

Relative to the same month two years ago (October 2022), the import declined by 138.4 mln pcs (-29.4%).

The YTD import of cigars and cigarettes amounted to 2.9 B pcs, decreasing by 871.2 mln pcs (-23.0%) compared to the same period last year.
