According to data from the State Statistics Service of
Ukraine
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of nonwovens (HS Code: 5603) in March 2024 amounted to 2.0 thsd metric tons.
The import increased by 433.7 metric tons (+27.2%) compared to the previous month.
Compared to March 2023, the import of nonwovens year-on-year increased by 486.8 metric tons (+31.6%).
The import grew by 1.7 thsd metric tons (5.6 times) compared to the same month two years ago (March 2022).
Year-to-date, the import of nonwovens totaled 5.0 thsd metric tons, up by 970.4 metric tons (+24.1%) compared to the previous year.
