Ukraine: Imports of bananas for May 2024

Ukraine
, analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of bananas (HS Code: 803) in May 2024 amounted to 19.9 thsd metric tons.
Compared to the previous month, the import increased by 978.9 metric tons (+5.2%).
Year-on-year, the import of bananas dropped by 1.5 thsd metric tons (-6.8%) compared to May 2023.
In comparison to the same month two years ago (May 2022), the import showed a decrease of 998.1 metric tons (-4.8%).
YTD, the import of bananas amounted to 97.3 thsd metric tons, which is 4.5 thsd metric tons (+4.8%) more compared to the same period last year.
