Kazakhstan: Imports of cigars and cigarettes for June 2025

According to data from the Bureau of National Statistics of Kazakhstan , analyzed by StatSpotlight.com, the import of cigars and cigarettes (HS Code: 2402) in June 2025 amounted to 211.3 mln pcs.

The import decreased by 104.6 mln pcs (-33.1%) compared to the previous month.

Year-on-year, the import of cigars and cigarettes dropped by 22.7 mln pcs (-9.7%) compared to June 2024.

The import dropped by 361.6 mln pcs (2.7 times) compared to the same month two years ago (June 2023).

The YTD import of cigars and cigarettes reached 3.3 bln pcs, increasing by 959.7 mln pcs (+40.5%) compared to last year.
